The Appointment Requesting Period opens on Wednesday, January 10, 2024 at 12 pm EST. During that period, you can request your one-on-one appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. This period will close on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our algorithm! Mutual requests first, then requests made by you and finally requests made by the Florida Suppliers.
Once you receive your schedule, you are able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your Huddle Dashboard. You can also send and receive private messages, block timeslots and update your public profile. We offer all the tools you need to expand your business network during the event.
The registration process is simple and will take just a few minutes. Please be thorough, as the information provided builds the profile that attendees will review when determining what companies they want to meet with and is the information used by VISIT FLORIDA to ensure attendees are approved and meet the participation criteria.
