Florida Huddle is the premier appointment-based tradeshow showcasing all the Sunshine State has to offer for domestic and international tour operators and wholesalers.
One of VISIT FLORIDA’s signature events, Florida Huddle is perfectly timed for success and is a contracting cornerstone for hundreds of buyers. Every region of Florida is under one roof, with hundreds of destinations, attractions, properties and service companies prepared to network and conduct business.
The registration process will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, as you will build your profile that is visible to the attending Florida Suppliers. You can come back as often as you want to finish the process. Please note that you are not considered fully registered until the Florida Huddle team reviews and approves your regsitration. You will receive an email approving or denying your registration within 5 days of submitting your registration.
The Huddle Process
About six weeks prior to the show, the appointment requesting period will begin. Each appointment book includes up to 44 one-on-one appointments. Appointment are 12 minutes, with a three minute break to get to the next one.
This appointment requesting period will close about two weeks before the show. Appointment schedules are then filled based on attendee requests. This computer-generated process fills appointments schedules first with mutual requests, then requests made by buyers, followed by requests made by suppliers.
Attendees will have the opportunity to directly communicate with other delegates. Attendees can add, reschedule, or cancel appointments. This can be done from any computer or in the Florida Huddle app.
