What is Florida Huddle?
Florida Huddle is the premier appointment-based tradeshow showcasing all the Sunshine State has to offer for domestic and international tour operators and wholesalers.

One of VISIT FLORIDA’s signature events, Florida Huddle is perfectly timed for success and is a contracting cornerstone for hundreds of buyers. Every region of Florida is under one roof, with destinations, attractions and properties prepared to network and conduct business.

Who Attends?
Hundreds of Florida destinations, attractions, properties and service companies attend each year. Florida Huddle is growing annually and sold out for the past five years, since VISIT FLORIDA took ownership.

Domestic and international tour operators and wholesalers attend to do business and are responsible for sending several thousand to several million travelers to Florida annually. Each buyer has to qualify to be hosted and have to feature Florida as a destination.

Organizations trying to sell or market to you will NOT be accepted as a buyer attendee. Suppliers also have access to global exposure from a distinguished media delegation which produces Florida-focused editorial pieces published worldwide.

The Huddle Process
Registration to attend or exhibit will open April 26 at 12 pm EST on this website. Delegates are not confirmed until the registration has been completed and payment has been made.

About five to six weeks prior to the show, attendees’ Appointment Requesting Modules will open in their myHuddle.  Computer-generated appointment schedules are based on attendee requests, with mutual requests scheduled first, followed by buyer requests and supplier requests.

In 2018, attendees will have 44 possible appointment slots, but can make and prioritize up to 60 appointments requests, in an effort to schedule as many mutual requests as possible. To ensure a succesful show, all attendees are required to attend all of their scheduled appointments.

This Appointment Requesting Period will close about two weeks before the show. After that, mutual requests will be scheduled first, then requests made by buyers, followed by requests made by suppliers.

Once the initial schedules are available, attendees will have the opportunity to directly communicate with other delegates via the Manual Scheduling Module. Attendees can add appointments or discuss, cancel and even re-schedule business appointments. This module will be accessible from any computer or in the Florida Huddle app.
