Rules for Booth Sharing at FLORIDA HUDDLE:
- Each company must complete a registration application and list the company that is to share the booth in the space provided.
- Each company may have up to two (2) delegates.
- Each company may order Email addresses and/or advertisement without affecting the sharing partner.
- Payment may come from one company or from each company individually. Total fees must be paid before either company may pickup credentials.
- If sharing partner does not register in the required time frame,
all fees for a single booth must be paid by the exhibiting company.
- Each company will be listed individually in the Supplier Delegate Directory.
- Each company is able to request appointments.
- Each Company receives an individual appointment Schedule.

Advertisement Information:
Suppliers and Buyers can advertise via a rotating banner on our Florida Huddle
registration pages. Your banner is randomly rotated with other
Florida Huddle banners at the top of all of the Florida Huddle
online-registration pages. Currently banners are displayed for 15
seconds per rotation. You can also add a hyperlink to your banner
so that visitors can click on your banner to visit your website.
Banner advertisement details as follows:

You
will be required to furnish the banner. If you don't have a

Advertisements:
All ads must be received before December 1, 2010. Two ads are available.
- Online Advertising, $200:
Appears with the marking profile of your company during online appointment selection.
The ad should be 500 pixels in width. Height to be
determined by Supplier.
- Printed Directory Advertising, $200:
Appears in the printed Buyer Delegate Director. All ads must be Camera-ready, 4" x 7" black and white, 133-line screen. No negatives accepted or editing by HUDDLE employees.
